Lisa DeLeon, DMCP, Co-Owner & Senior Vice President of Sales
Lisa has spent the last 17 years in the destination management industry, working throughout the Tahoe/Reno area. She is proud to have grown up in the Sierra Nevadas. She is passionate about sharing local Tahoe/Reno experiences with clientele in the incentive, corporate and association markets. Prior to her VP of Sales role, Lisa gained extensive experience operating programs, giving her a unique insight into the needs and objectives of her clientele.
Lisa is a Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) having earned this designation through the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI). Additionally, she serves as President of the Certification and Accreditation Board (CAB) for ADMEI where she helps to set the organization’s standards and policies and is a past President of the Reno-Tahoe Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering and Events).
Rhea Griffin, Co-Owner & Senior Vice President of Operations
Rhea heads up the operations team. A Lake Tahoe native, Rhea’s background includes over fifteen years experience in the hospitality and destination management industries and a degree in Business Administration. She has spent the last 14 years in the destination management industry as a Senior Operations Manager where she has managed over 500 successful programs and continues to share her knowledge, creativity, and professionalism with all of her clients. She maintains exceptional relationships with our vendors and hospitality partners to deliver spectacular results every time. She is consistently recognized for her hands-on approach and personal attention to each individual client.
Rhea loves to take Pilates classes and ride her dirt bike on the many great trails surrounding Lake Tahoe.
